Thank you, Dana, for always getting my service completed quickly. They also offered an oil change 3-pack that was discounted to where it only cost the equivalent of 2 oil changes.
Zach did a great job. He kept me informed and let me know when the part I needed arrived. Really enjoyed working with him.
Friendly and courteous Overall, the dealership was excellent to deal with and made the car-buying process easy. The negotiation was fair, and the sales team provided excellent service throughout the purchase. However, at the last minute during the contract signing, the financial team presented higher numbers than what had been agreed upon, which I felt was not appropriate. Aside from that issue with the financial team, the experience with the sales team was excellent.
I was in for a safety recall and an oil/filter change.everything was great except it appears that they forgot to check the tire pressure. It came out of service with the same pressure as when it went in, a few pounds below manufacture recommended.
Good job. I’ll be back. Service Dept is very professional. You guys are sure not bashful when it comes to charging for everything.
