Our circumstances forced us to bring our car to Matthews by tow truck. On our way back home to Maryland our transmission started leaking fluid. Couldn't drive our Tuscan. Although we arrived at the dealership around 1:45 pm, Monalisa, the service coordinator, worked her magic to get us in. Stan had our car fixed in about 2 1/2 hours. Honest evaluation of the problem and NO PENCIL WHIP. Even the showroom dealer (Joshua) was kind and extremely helpful. We were treated with respect and concern for our dilemma. He didn't even look at me when he was basically forced to come over and pretend to thank me for stopping in. He looked at his hands and was slumped over the whole time. He looked like he wished he was anywhere else.
