Robin had the paperwork ready for me to get a loaner car to drive. She is very efficient and friendly. All the people I had contact with at the dealership were kind and helpful. I have been coming to that Volvo dealership for 21 years. Have bought 2 new Volvos there. That day I looked at some new Acuras because the Volvos are so expensive. A salesman named Moses helped me. He was very personable and pleasant and super helpful.
