Not only did they resolve every issue in a timely, pleasant manner, but they also remained unparalleled in pricing. Jordan, in particular, is a true gentleman and genuinely cares about his customers. The trustworthiness factor is off the charts. Never once was I solicited for services that I didn’t need. Never once did anyone make me feel rushed or silly if I needed further explanation or detail. They are all truly kind and patient, which is very rare in this world. To top it off, I recently had a warning light pop up and then disappear, so they took the time to investigate my car all day long and could not find any repairs that were needed, so they did not even charge me. Oh, and they put my car through the wash, just because. Who does that?! Apparently, 1st Nissan! If ever someone deserves your business, it is 1st Nissan. Please come here, you won’t regret it!
