Spent over 4 thousand dollars just to get my car back NOT fixed. Disgraceful. Kept telling me my car was "fixed" only for the check engine light to come back on a week or two later. In and out the shop for months all for nothing. Worst experience with a service center EVER. I thought I was doing something good for my car by going to the dealership. I figured they'd know how to fix my car better than anyone..... I was wrong!
Experience was great, John worked with me to get the right numbers on a Silverado I really wanted. He worked through the process with me while I'm purchasing my first home. He helped me with securing my truck and a down payment to hold onto it until I close on my house. Very happy with the service this dealership provided and I can't wait to get into my new truck!
This company sold me a car with engine damage. I reported it and they didn't even bother to call or trying to fix this issue
Hi, no i did not like the service. I will not recommend. I will not be back. All do to the service manager, Mike. Services that he claimed was done to my car. It's still something wrong with it. I told him that my break, squeak, he said. Oh, you have golden brakes, there's nothing wrong with them, but why are they Squeaking? Come to find out guess what I need breaks. I told him that my Indicator light is on for my front, right tire, I don't know if the sincer light there is broke or what? But it needs to be replaced, he said. They reset the system and everything is good. Why Is the light still showing up like that then? I don't know if he was just saying this stuff to me just to make it seem like he did something extra, he says something about my alignment. There was nothing wrong with my alignment if this is GMC certified? Just had it for one year. What? I don't go nowhere, there was nothing wrong with my alignment until mike did something. Now I have to turn the Steering wheel all the way round in order for it to turn. Am I satisfied? No, did they do the necessary repairs? They put my sticker on, but no, they did not do what they said they was going to? And then a couple days later, I get a checklist. You can write that up at any given time. What do this mean? Nothing cause you didn't do half of the stuff on it. If you would have checked the stuff that you claimed that they checked. Then I should have no indicator light on. And my brakes won't be squeaking. Even if you were to just put some Luba, something on the brakes to keep it from squeaking. This supposed to be GMC certified. So you're saying that you'll breaks weak? Make it make sense to me, Mike was rude, right, Along with his sales partner Vince. xxxx No, will I be going back there? Can't wait for the survey please send it to me asap.
A very straightforward, pleasant dealership experience. Transparent,upfront pricing, in writing. I would definitely recommend.
Faulkner Body Works is absolutely HORRIBLE to deal with. Our car was in their shop from 12/17/21 through 02/08/22 due to no estimated time of arrival for part needed they didn’t communicate with us whatsoever during this whole ordeal and nobody at GM could give any answers so when they say Faulkner to be sure as far as I’m concerned they aren’t sure about anything. Would never recommend anything from Faulkner and by the way when we got our car back we had them make it drivable because having to pay for a rental was expensive so the car still needs to go back in for repair and they won’t help by giving us a loaner. Their advertising is nothing but lies
