I emailed this dealership looking for 1 of 2 specific out of production, vehicles and manual transmissions. The man who helped me write said that they didn't have any n. But I could check back later 2 days later. Ray texted me that they had one of the vehicles in and was able to set up an appointment for me to see it. My trade in died on the way. Do the dealership because the internal computer finally s*** the bed. I called the dealership and spoke with Michelle, who said I could have it towed in when I got to the dealership, Michelle took great care of me was able to get me financing even though there were issues with my credit report. And put me in quite literally my dream car.

2nd carvi purchased from them , remember nothing is perfect with any dealer.that being said i worked with conner 2 times and had perfect results ! I am more than happy how my wife and I were treated .so far I have not been let down .my kids will.b next customers !

Earlier this year, I decided to trade my 2021 Tucson Ultimate for the 2024 Tucson XRT. Initially, I wasn’t quite sure I had made the right choice since a few features I enjoyed in the Ultimate weren’t available in the XRT. However, after undergoing hip surgery, my perspective shifted completely. The XRT’s running boards (which the Ultimate didn’t have) made getting into the SUV so much easier post-surgery—an absolute game changer for me! I had my first scheduled service appointment a few days ago, and I must say, Jeffrey White and Frank Williamson were both incredibly friendly and helpful. It’s not easy to find such excellent service these days. Jeff took the time to thoroughly explain my service options, especially given my vehicle's low mileage. I was in and out quickly, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received. This service department truly knows how to keep their customers happy and satisfied.
Had same issue with door locks that I had two months ago, called Jeff White and told him about the fuse issue again and he had me bring the car in the next day and it was done in 22 minutes!!!!! Thanks Jeff!
