I was dreading having to buy a new car, but I needn’t have worried. Tom Freeman and Emich Kia made the car buying experience easy and stress-free. The dealer website made it easy to find the exact car I wanted, with clear pricing and incentives listed. No haggling needed! I called to confirm the price and made my appointment, and Tom had the car ready for me to test drive. Everyone I met was friendly and helpful, and there was no pressure involved. Their finance person, Chris, patiently and expertly worked us through the loan process and explained the various warranty and service packages offered. There was NO pressure at all to buy anything extra, but they did offer some great deals that we couldn’t pass up. All in all, this was a pleasant, stress free buying experience and I will be back to this dealer for service. And I’m thrilled with my new Kia Seltos! Thanks very much to everyone at Emich Kia.
