Could not test used Lincoln over 35-40 MPH. Rep was scared? Female driver..AnD petite us ' such a big car.' Not a welcoming or helping type of Dealership. It may be old but it lacked mi imal professional basics and courtesy. Bad experience. Took my top of the line maintenance contract with endless coverage..elsewhere. Never came back no matter how many times I pass it in a month.
Frank J Wolfard, Batavia, IL I purchased a 2005 Focus on May 28th, 2008. About a year later, I got a ticket for not having a current registration sticker. I went to the DMV and they told me the car was still owned by CAB Leasing Co. and I should contact the Dealer to get my Title. I then got a letter from Ford Title Dept. and they told me the Title was not transferred and I should contact the Dealer. I repeatedly called and left messages and got no response. I Faxed the letter from Ford to them and got no response. I went there in person and explained my situation and still got no response. I called Ford Title Dept. and explained this to them and they "could not legally advise me" and that I should "contact the Dealer". What a circle... I will now contact my Attorney and see if we can get this resolved and hopefully get reimbursed for MY criminal activity.
I've always been able to trust the service. When one dealer told me I was riding on rotors this dealer said I had 10,000 miles left on the brakes which was correct because I had a second opinion. When needed they provided me with a free loaner even after the warantee was up. I would go back.
Purchased a vehicle on 1/19/2009, as of 5/22/2009 the dealer has not provided the title for the vehicle. The dealer will not return my phone calls to explain the delay. Beware of this dealer. The salesperson was good. The vehicle price was good. But the after sales service is non-existent
