I can't recommend service at this dealership. Had original breaks changed at 138k. I always have them check "all" the fluids because there regular doesn't include checking transmission fluid. My transmission died at 140k and they said transmission fluid looked dark, burnt and dirty. Now you tell me? Did the fluid look burnt and dirty at 138k when I got my breaks done? The answer is, they haven't been checking it at my request. $7,000 for a new transmission. I'm sorry, but this dealership lost my business permanently!! Chevy will be losing my business as well. I spent 2 weeks working with them to arrange a remote purchase of a truck they had with very specific options I wanted. Responses to texts/emails with sales staff was slow and they were usually unavailable when I called. I sent a $1000 deposit and booked flights and hotel rooms for my wife to fly and me to drive our trade 1100 miles there and back. The deal was supposed to take place on a Saturday, but on that Wednesday Team's corporate customer service manager Scott called and said the truck had been sold the day before. Needless to say I was devastated, but Scott said they would reimburse the one hotel booking I could not get refunded.
