It was an unusual experience for buying from a dealership. I didn’t feel like I was being “sold”. My salesman Chris was more like a car enthusiast that happened to work there. If that is a sales tactic they used, it worked on me. I left with my “new to me” car, and felt good about the deal.

Scheduled appointment for an oil change upon arrival for appointment I was informed 3hr wait for my oil change. Upon questioning the lady out counter her deminer was your bothering me. When I commented I have an appointment now not 4 her reply I can't control scheduling. Yet she made my appointment 3 days ago. xxxx poor response from customer service position.
