Very positive experience purchasing our new Nissan Pathfinder at Courtesy Nissan. It's Been about a month and 1200 miles, and I am finally finding time for a review. I am 82 years old, and my wife is a cancer patient, so we are very busy. We had a 1yr old car. Our car was not a problem, but we did not like it. I started looking at the pathfinder on line, and studied all the models, features, options, and reviews. I was favorably impressed, and, at 10AM suggested to my wife we take a look at the local dealer Courtesy, and check out the pathfinder. She immediately agreed. Shortly after we went to Courtesy, which turned out to be close, inviting, and comfortable. We were warmly greeted, and assigned to Josh. Josh made us very relaxed as he had a vast knowledge of the car we were considering, answered all our questions, and assured us he could get us the model, with features, options and color we desired. Josh located the car at another dealer, and arranged a transfer to Courtesy. He personally picked up the car and drove it back to Courtesy, while we waited. We checked out the car and were favorably impressed. We negotiated an agreeable price and terms with Josh and his team. Hasan was very friendly and helpful with the financing. Upon delivery Josh connected any services, like MyNisson, phone, driver ect. He explained the important features, and answered any questions we had regarding our new "Spaceship" For my wife and I, it was a lot of data to absorb at once. Josh suggested we contact him, or return anytime with any issues or questions. Josh introduced us to the service department and Dan, who is extremely friendly. After delivery, Josh and Courtesy representatives have contacted us to assure we had no issues and confirm services available to us. The service department has already scheduled the first maintenance appointment. To sum it up, we had a great experience dealing with Courtesy Nissan, Josh and other related personnel , 5 STAR+, not the usual nightmare usually experienced with purchasing a new car.
