I had a great experience at the Shottenkirk Toyota Service department thanks to Mike Pfender, the service advisor. My rear wiper suddenly stopped working, and I brought my car in to get it checked out. Instead of immediately processing it through the usual (and costly) diagnostic route, Mike personally took a quick look and discovered it was just a loose screw that needed tightening. He saved me almost $200, not to mention the time I would’ve spent waiting for a full inspection. I really appreciated his honesty, helpfulness, and willingness to go the extra mile. It’s rare to find that kind of service these days! If you're heading in for service, I highly recommend asking for Mike Pfender. He truly cares about his customers and will take great care of you!
