EDIT: SINCE MY REVIEW THINGS HAVE CHANGED. DOUG SMITH STEPPED UP AND REALLY HELPED US RESOLVE THE SITUATION WITH THE CITATION. OUR SALESMAN DAVE HAS FOLLOWED UP TO ENSURE THAT WE WERE HAPPY AND EVERTHING WAS RESOLVED. WE REALLY APPRECIATE THEM HELPING US. In December 2024, we went looking at Subaru's. In the middle of test driving different cars our salesmen left us to help another couple. Waited for over half hour, never saw him again. So, we walked over to the Dodge side and decided on a car. Our salesman Dave was awesome. Traded in our car and went on our way. This week I got a citation from a town 100 miles away. Because they sent our trade in to auction and our name hasnt been taken off the VIN. Now I have been dealing with cops and the state, which Doug Smith should of done. What did Doug Smith say OOPS.
