BEWARE- DO NOT USE GOLDSTEIN AUTO REPAIR. If I could give less than one star I would. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with an auto repair shop. I cam in with an estimate from GEICO, which they assured me was the total they would charge. After four days I called to get an update to find they had sent further information to GEICO to get more money. I told them I was paying out of pocket because the repair was less than my estimate. Then they went ahead, WITHOUT MY PERMISSION, and did extra work and tried to charge me 239$ more. I refused of course but I am a retiree, almost 70 years old and I think this is an atrocious lack of customer service and integrity on the part of this dealership. Now they are telling me the car is being detailed and it will not be done until end of day. That means it has been 8 hours in detail?? Come on - this is ludicrous. DO NOT bring your auto here for repairs. They ARE NOT reputable. They rip the elderly off and they are rude while doing so. NEVER AGAIN will I do any business with them.
