The service was quick with no issues. The problem is the automated "critical" service recommendations. I was recommended to get get my cabin air filter replaced. The same filter that I replaced earlier that morning. That just tells me that I can't trust anything coming from this service center and I don't do business with people I can't trust. Outstanding way to lose a customer. Kudos.

Nacho was very good to work with, service team did not do a good job about cleaning spill oil off of my vehicle underside. Worse thing is after oil change, Ford motor company is still sending me reminders today that my oil has not been changed yet.. was changed on the 24th.
Teresa Lovo was amazing !!!!! I called and told her exactly what I wanted. She found it that evening, We went the next morning and was there all of an hour or so! By far the easiest and kindest dealership I ever worked with!
I have a good experience , they finish the service before I expected. They did my recalls and tire rotation.
