2019 Volvo S90 T5 AWD with 5,xxx miles on the OD - Came in for a Polestar Engineered Performance Upgrade & Scheduled Factory Maintenance. Pros: Craig took care of everything that needed to be done and I was promptly billed. Q&A dialog between the service advisor and vehicle owner was satisfactory. New show room boasting a total of 3 vehicles, with an extremely limited boutique shelf stocked with crayons and coloring things for kids. Although the parts building next door didn't have a lot going on either, it was a entertaining talking with Bill about water-wells, hand-pumps and his 15 year old cat. Clean restrooms. Follow up via email reminding you of your appointment was appreciated and so was the seamless ability to self-check in and track your service progress via your smart device. Cons: small cramped showroom, especially with sales, administration and management cubicles in very close proximity to the customer lounging area. With staff hovering and keeping an eye on you, it did seem a bit disconcerting. The car wash at the time of exit delivery turned out to be more of a rinse with no wipe down as water marks were visible all over the exterior as were finger prints left on the interior center console.....with a blonde interior everything becomes visible. Thanks to the kind gentleman from preowned cars who walked me to the service bay. The GPS had me arrive at their previous building now empty. Good experience, no issues. We live in rural Maryland, which makes buying a luxury car an all day event with as much fact-finding and negotiating as possible, before we even visit the dealership. Koffi was very responsive, and we decided to drive a 2020 S60 loaner. Unfortunately, despite all our coordination, the car was not available when we were. No worries though; Koffi was frank and honest throughout our dealings. He even offered to drive the car to us. In the end, we chose a different car, but at no fault of Koffi's or the dealership.

One Saturday morning I called to make an appointment for an oil change. It was 8 am when I p laced the call and by 8:45 am they were working on my car. Also, they managed to have my car back to me by 10:30 am as promised and had cleaned the vehicle inside and out. Sean Skelty provided excellent service with a smile.

Alexander was literally the best car salesman that I have ever worked with (I have owned 7 cars, and have experienced many, many more dealerships than I care to remember). He actually took time to explain the features of the car and did not try to push us into something that we didn't want/need. He was super friendly and genuinely interested in making sure that my wife and I left the dealership happy. We absolutely made the right choice in picking Volvo. Note that, although my wife had owned a mid-80s Volvo "tank," neither of us had ever owned or experienced a modern Volvo product. After our S60 lease ends, we will 100% make Beyer Volvo our first stop in selecting a new car (hopefully something fully electric!).

Left my 2016 XC70 for 50K mile service on 2-2-20; Processing was fast and efficient. Service Advisor Sean Kelty was well informed and very professional. Servicing was thorough and seemed reasonably priced.
