I did most of the process remotely, and she was always quick to respond, very knowledgeable about the XC40 I was interested in, and just made everything straightforward. No pressure, just good information to help me decide. It was the easiest car buying process I've ever had. Highly recommend this team if you're looking for a new Volvo.

I shopped around before stopping by Volvo Cars North Miami and the other dealers showed a lease advertised online, only for it to be a way different (more) when I called on the phone or went in person. Not this team. Paul was my salesperson and he did a great job at being both clear and honest about the XC90 leases, no surprises after I said yes. It’s refreshing to find a dealership that sticks to the number they list. Paul, Javier, and Serdar made this whole process feel real smooth.

Went to Volvo Cars North Miami looking for a used SUV and Daniel as my salesperson made it easy. He was friendly, knew the inventory well, and helped me pick out a solid XC60 without any pressure. I just bought my new Volvo from Volvo Cars North Miami and honestly it was such a good experience all around. Omar Quintero was my salesperson and he was super friendly and patient with me. He didn’t try to rush me or push anything I didn’t want, just helped me find the right car for my needs and took care of everything really smoothly. Zuly Gomez, the sales manager, came by to check on me too and made sure I was comfortable through the whole process. She’s really nice and professional, you can tell she cares about taking care of customers. JC in finance made the paperwork part actually easy which is rare. She explained everything so I understood what I was signing and there were no surprises at all. After I finished up, Alex Loredo, the product specialist, helped me get my phone paired to Bluetooth and set up the Volvo app. He walked me through all the tech stuff and made sure I knew how to use all the features before I left. Super helpful guy. Overall I’m really happy with my new Volvo and can’t thank Omar, Zuly, JC and Alex enough for making it such a smooth and friendly experience. Highly recomend this dealership to anyone looking for a Volvo.

I live up in New York and needed a used Volvo, so I searched online and found the one I wanted at Volvo Cars North Miami. Felipe was the sales person I dealt with and he was really helpful from the beginning. He responded quickly to my emails, sent me lots of pictures and info, and even recorded a video showing the car inside and out. He asked about what I was looking for and answered all my questions without trying to push the sale. After I agreed to buy it, Marlon as the manager handled the rest. He was clear about the shipping costs and how long it would take, and he followed up with me regularly until it arrived. The car got delivered in about a week, and it was in great shape just like he said. Dealing with an out of state purchase can be tricky, but Felipe and Marlon kept it simple and made me feel confident the whole time. I'm happy with my used Volvo and would tell others to contact them if you're in a similar spot.
