Service is vastly overpriced. They charged me $105 to replace a cabin air filter that costs $10 and takes 5 minutes to install. They also recommended that I change my spark plugs at $30K miles at a cost of $2000. Avoid.
This is worst dealer I ever came across. Their service is worse and further their customer service chief is even worst. She has no empathy to problem customer is having, rather just focus on how to make them shutup. I have long story how my car was there with them for 4 weeks and nothing been done and no trouble shooting report though I paid for diagnostic. Plus insurance paid them and they do not want to do body work, I am trying to get refund for 4 months, I have not got it yet. Please avoid this dealer as much as possible. I loved Subaru, but with this experience I am trying to sell my outback. I can not believe how dealer survive with this worst service. If you are Subaru company reading this I would love to tell you the whole story.
Sold us a car they had not inspected, then unilaterally cancelled the deal a day and a half later (!) after they figured out they should have asked more. Then they still charged our credit card for the down payment, and then argued about reversing the charge! Dishonest and creepy. Cannot recommend.
I had best experience with this dealership. I had leased multiple cars. People working are knowledgeable about the products they sell. Humble and respectful. I will recommend anyone. Raj
I don’t get the bad reviews. I’ve had nothing but spectacular service here for the last 5 years. Just purchased my 3rd new Subaru from them and every time they have gone above and beyond to make me happy. Never once was anyone trying to pressure me or steer me in a direction I wasn’t interested in. They were honest with me about trade options and never once was there a bait and switch attempted. If you are of solid mind and understand how the car buying experience actually works, you will not find a better more reasonable Subaru dealership in the state.
I initially posted a nasty review due to a major issue with the car's taxes, but I was able to sort things out with the dealership and the Dep. of Rev. 4 stars because it was such a difficult process to sort out.
