The staff members that I dealt with were respectful, knowledgeable, patient and professional. I will recommend Chase and Osama to my friends and family. They answered all of my questions and I never felt pushed into anything which is very important to me when visiting a dealership.
Crystal has been my service advisor for years. She's awesome! Great communication and service. I know my MINI is in good hands whenever I leave it with her. By far the best service center that I've ever had. I wish you guys still sold MINIs though!
