Louis Polos is great to work with. This is the fourth vehicle we have purchased through Louis. Most recently, it took me over two years to make a decision on purchasing a Ford Ranger. During this time louis was patient and helpful when I needed him without any pressure. I had the battery replaced. They did a good job replacing the battery after they realized that I needed a higher crank rating. They also fit me in at the close of the day so that was very helpful and important to me. Kuddos to the team!!
