I simply asked via the web about a beautiful vehicle. John Miraglia returned my inquiry very quickly and suggested my making an appointment to come see the car. I decided that the price given was beyond what I wanted to spend and thanked the representative. I think the communication was reasonable and fair. All good in my estimation.

I was literally stunned walking in and reading their posted sign advising to not waste their time. Don't touch the cars, etc. We waited for 15 minutes walked outside and in the showroom...at no time did anyone come to help us. In fact, we could not find anyone anywhere. It was 4 o'clock in the afternoon and it was as if everyone had gone home but forgot to lock the door. We were interested in several Range Rovers but we would not go back again. What a waste of time after a long drive from Chandler.

I have been "window shopping" at Scottsdale Sport for a couple of months. They know I'm not buying for another couple of months but Josh has always been super friendly. I did have my car detailed. They did an awesome job.
