during C D K outage they cancelled my oil change because the service writer on Saturday apparently cant write that well. go to martin Honda people. service rarely turns anyone away as they are striving to meet everyone's needs during the outage. WHO CANT WRITE OIL CHANGE ON A TICKET. ITS JUST THE OLD SCHOOL WAY OF DOING IT BACK WHEN I STARTED. IM TRADING MY CAR IN SO I HOPEFULLY WILL HAVE BETTER SERVICE.
Most efficient and friendly dealership I have ever dealt with. I will continue to use Diver for my future vehicle purchases and service needs.
Everyone was straightforward with us and the process went well. We got the car we wanted for the price we were quoted.
My recent experience with Trina Moulton at Diver dealership was disappointing to say the least. I arrived at the dealership already knowing which truck I wanted, but Trina's attitude from the get-go was less than professional. She didn't bother introducing herself to me, my wife, or our son, and started off by making excuses about not being able to retrieve the truck. During the walk around, it was evident that she wasn't knowledgeable about selling or operating trucks - I had to remove the parking brake myself. To make matters worse, when she presented the quote, it was vastly different from the advertised price on their website. Trina couldn't explain the additional costs, and instead of trying to negotiate, she spent the entire time arguing with me about the listed price. The experience was so frustrating that I decided to walk out. I emailed the manager to express my dissatisfaction, but didn't receive a response. I ultimately ended up purchasing a truck from Koons in Virginia, and I'm glad I did. Not only did I get a better truck with more features, but it cost me less than what Diver was offering. I wouldn't recommend anyone buying from Diver after this experience. The fact that I was willing to drive all the way to Virginia to avoid dealing with them speaks volumes about how poorly they handled my situation.
Very disappointed with this Dealership service department because of false advertising. I called to schedule an oil change for my 2015 corvette & was quoted $79.95. When arriving I notice a large TV screen that advertise $79.95 oil change. At check out they charged me $137.99. When asked why Dave said it was because it was a corvette.
Dealership is a laid-back business that the sales crew does not push you or strong arm you into buying a vehicle . We drove down from Pennsylvania. I recommend diver Chevrolet to everybody my salesman was Joe Dunn we went in to look at a Tahoe and we told them we did not want to buy today because our daughter was going off to college Joe represented himself as a normal guy who is not going to push you into buying a vehicle . Joe was Very knowledgeable with the vehicle that we were looking at he had all the answers to the questions me and my wife had .they looked at our trade they gave us a number and they said give us a call Monday . We went across the street to look at another SUV but the dealership was very pushy and they did not care about our needs they just wanted to sell a vehicle. So me and my wife took our daughter to college we came home Monday morning Joe called us and we were able to make a deal they made this process so easy I recommend everybody who wants to buy a Chevy to go there thank you Mr. Diver for having a great team and this is why you have been in business for so long. I love My new Tahoe
