Silas was very helpful with my purchase of the 2016 Honda CRV. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered many questions I had regarding the vehicle during the test drive. The only critique I would have with Silas is about the test drive. I noticed a bad vibration when braking. Silas told me it was not a problem as it was likely dust in the brake lines. After I bought the vehicle and drove it a few days, the vibration didn’t get any better. I called the service manager who told me to come in right away and they would fix the issue at no charge and I was given an HRV loaner vehicle for the day. The overall experience was wonderful!
