I want to give high marks for a recent service appointment. I had to order the part, and then made the appointment to have it installed. It was a part that had a lifetime warranty I was told, so I was happy with the honesty in which the matter was handled. The service appointment went very smoothly. The service advisor, Charlene Russo, went out of her way to ensure a swift installation and completion of the job. Charlene was fantastic! The other people I spoke to there were also very helpful when I noticed a small issue after the fact, and it was taken care of quickly, and without question! I've always had trouble trusting other dealers' service department, but your service area gets high marks from me. Charlene and the rest of the staff, from parts to installation, were top notch, and will be a big consideration when I'm ready to purchase my next vehicle, and will easily recommend Tasca to others for that same reason Thank you!!!!
