I have been a customer of Royal Auto Group for 5 years now. Just leased my 3rd auto from Royal and always have a great experience. The reason for my great experience is due to one employee ( Salesman) Michael Howell. He is the reason I keep coming back to this dealership. He made my lease return and new lease so easy and hassle free. He is extremely knowledgeable with his products and features. He is not only a professional at his job, but also a kind man and willing to go the extra mile to take care of his customers. THESE GUYS ARE ALSO A NISSAN DEALER! These guys are great. I take my Frontier to them for service and our Toyota. They are a great place for both. I bought the Frontier from them too.

I took my vehicle to their service department for a safety recall on an airbag, When I picked up my vehicle, the windshield was cracked. Coincidentally(?), Dave, the service manager was in the lot at the time. Royal knew the time of the expected pick up, so I wonder if he was waiting for me, to see if I'd notice. It was a huge crack which I noticed as soon as I sat down. Dave told me the quickest way was to go through my insurance, which would probably cover it. But I wanted to know what happened. It was the passenger side airbag that was replaced. That was also the side where the windshield was cracked. Dave said there were cameras and he would "investigate" the incident. After a few days of not hearing from him, I called back. He told me the footage was "inconclusive." So, ultimately, Royal refused to accept responsibility. Also, on my receipt, their "multi point inspection" showed that there was nothing wrong with the windshield. I will NEVER take my vehicle to the Royal service department again.

I took my vehicle to them because it was broken down . They told me it needed a new map sensor . Then they told me it needed a new air flow management system so I gave them the okay . An then they told me my engine was blown up an destroyed my starter in the mean time . An they tryed go selll me a new engine after a thousand dollers in parts that my car didn't even need . I payed the bill an took it to another shop it ended up being a tenchen pully for my timing belt . It's been over a year now an my car is still running like new on the same engine they told me it was blown up . There a bunch of crucks I'd say run don't take your car to them if they did what I asked in the first place a pressure test they should have known . I will never take any vehicle's to them for the rest of my life no hassle is an understatement for the hassle they put me through .
