Beyond pleased! My husband and I were in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. We were pleasantly greeted by Josh in the service department. We mentioned a few minor issues that he immediately addressed and corrected. In addition, we so appreciated that while we were waiting, Trey, a very knowledgeable gentleman, successfully set up our Starlink account. He even walked out with us to the car so we could try out all the new bells and whistles. An extremely happy repeat customer.

My salesman, Gary, and the manager, Bill, worked together to offer me a better deal than I expected. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I went in for service, joked about a good deal for a trade in and upgrade. Was I surprised when they made an offer I couldn't turn down. Drove away in a great new car.
The dealership was great! They treated you like you were family. They do not push you into making a decision. They are on your side to get the best deal possible. They were able to find me a great 2018 Subaru Forester that was in my prize range and the color I wanted. I would highly recommend Subaru of New Bern to buy a new vehicle. They gave me great trade value for my 2008 Honda Civic and got me a great monthly payment for my Forester now. If you are looking for a great car that is safe, look into getting a Subaru. Ask for Gary when you go. He is so nice and helped me find the right car for me!
I bought an '06 Outback. Mike in sales was great to work with: friendly, knowledgeable, and straightforward. No pressure -- just upfront and honest. I usually hate coming to dealerships; this was by far the best experience at a dealership I've had.
We recently purchased a Subaru Outback for my wife, and the experience was very positive, from start to finish. The salesman, Alan Walsh, was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in and helpful throughout the process. The dealership even agreed to hold the vehicle for a week until my wife, who was about the country, was able to see it and test drive it. The financial part of the transaction was handled professionally and the sales manager thanked us for our business. We were encouraged to come back if we had any questions or concerns.
