We arrived at Randy Marion at our appointment time and was promptly met by an employee while exiting our vehicle. We were introduced to our sales coordinator immediately. Josh did a great job asking all the right questions and also listening to what we had to say about what we were looking for and why. We made a purchase based on many test drives and going over options. The whole process from walking in the door to signing documents was smooth. The staff we interacted with made this process feel very comfortable and not rushed at all. Thank you for the wonderful experience.
Always seem to go out of their way to provide exceptional service for my vehicle and exceptional customer service. I called the parts department in error on my first attempt. Anthony helped me without hesitation. When I arrived for the appointment, Jacob took over and walked me through my service. Once completed we discussed all aspects of the service. I was impressed by the video the tech provided which discovered a brake pad installed incorrectly from a prior service at another business. Jacob went over all recommended services needed as my little car is approaching 120k miles. He is very knowledgeable and courteous. I know I asked 500 questions. Overall very positive experience.
