Took me right in and out in 10minutes. Granted it wasn’t a large problem but they listened and did what needed done and I was out of there.

We went to the dealership with the expectation of test-driving a Crosstrek, without knowing which trim level we wanted. We were greeted by Aaron, who gave us an excellent walk-around on two models, while knowledgeably comparing and contrasting them. During the test drive, we were given freedom to adapt as we felt was needed to fully experience the ride of the vehicle.
