Great dealership. Have used service department for several years. First experience purchasing vehicle. Both sales and service are excellent.
My experience at Budd Baer Subaru was okay. It started off great but there were a few times where communication lacked which frustrated me. I try to be very understanding coming from a background in customer service, but communication is key. I wish that part was better, but I’m very happy with my car and the outcome.
This is the 4th Subaru we bought from Budd Baer. Even though we live 45 minutes away, we wouldn't go anywhere else.
