What Others Say

Day four of trying to get my subaru tribeca in for service, when I call I get the service department they say they need to transfer me to someone who knows more than they do with my question. I get a voice mail and leave my name, the problem I am having and my phone number and I don't get a call back this is day four now, it's getting really frustrating when you don't hear back from them I am taking my subaru to someone else who can fix the problem I am having with my car

This dealerships service department is the worst place I have ever done business with in the entire state of Washington, I do not recommend McCurley Subaru for any service on your vehicle.

Subaru service tech answering the phone this morning asked me what was wrong, while I was explaining I was forwarded to a number that sent me to voicemail. I called back and was hung up on. I called twice after that and got sent to voicemail. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. My wife has been taking her Subaru there religiously for oil changes since she moved here. The minute we have a problem and ask for clarification on what options we have, we are hung out to dry and given the run around. If I could give a zero star review I would. We are getting rid of our Subaru to avoid having to deal with this dealership. I won't name any names since Subaru will know who was working on 05/20 08:30 AM at the service department. Only saving grace was the receptionist I talked to. She was very calm and got my information, but nothing ever came of that.

Please read if you are taking your car in for a service other than a basic oil change! I got into an accident during the snow storm and took my Subaru to this Subaru dealership for diagnostic testing to see what needs to be replaced— long story short I paid over $200 for the diagnostic test and then due to insurance reasons had to take my car to another shop. Then same day I got a call from the new shop showing me all the damages Subaru missed over 3k extra damages that were easy to spot when the car was on the car lift. Needless to say save your time and money go to a shop with more experience technicians….

Absolutely among the worst customer service experiences of my life. Subaru customer service at McCurley is excellent, until they get your money. Then, you become a second class citizen. When it comes to after sales service and parts, they fail terribly. They are not helpful, they are very inefficient, and act as if they’re doing you a favor by bringing your car in for service. We took it there for the thee-year/30k mike services that come with the new car. Now we will never darken the doorway of this dealership again. If we ever get another Subaru, we will travel to another city or state to do so.

After many years of good service on our Subaru outback’s, we brought our 2012 for routine oil change in middle of April. The oil plug and filter were loose and made a mess on garage floor. They weren’t properly tightened..In spite of attempts to contact service manager and sales manager this has not been resolved. We had problem fixed at McCurley Toyota in Walla Walla. This incurred additional expense.Very disappointing after giving years of business to McCurley Subaru. No resolution a month later
