I was unable to purchase a vehicle from Pedro 4 yrs a ago. I was so impressed with him I told a friend, who had a bad experience at another local Subaru dealer, to go and see Pedro. My Friend bought a car from Pedro. Recently that same friend decided to see if it was worth it to upgrade to a newer model from his 2022 Subaru crosstrek sport. He would have done the deal with Pedro if he hadn't had a car accident. He still made the purchase at Coconut Creek Subaru.
2 weeks ago I traded in my 2019 cross trek premium and finally made a purchase with Pedro. I have a 2025 Crosstrek sport at a interest rate I can manage for a period of time that I wanted. The staff have been great, the sales process was painless. The pricing was straight forward. Not a lot of back and forth with a faceless manager. If anyone asks me where to but a Subaru, I'm telling them go to Coconut Creek and see Pedro.
Let’s face it. Buying a new or used car is stressful and it can be a draining experience. Over the years, I’ve purchased many new and used vehicles and have had many of the same negative shared experiences.
Alas! Coconut Creek Subaru has since changed my negative opinion of the car buying process… forever! Well, at least this time anyhow.
The lease was up and I needed a new ride. So, I went online to browse the Subaru inventory in Coconut Creek. There, I found the website along with the details and photographs of each vehicle easy to find and navigate. After conducting an extensive search, I found what I was looking for and briefly reached out with my inquiry to the dealership. Soon thereafter, (within minutes) I was contacted by Sales Consultant Connor Bleakly from the Subaru dealership in Coconut Creek. Connor was very professional, courteous, informative and eagerly listened to what I had to say with a list of my expectations. Well? He delivered!
After going over many models and various trim lines, Connor scheduled an appointment to meet, (sacrificing his own schedule - sorry girlfriend), to accommodate mine.
When we finally met, Connor was prepared and ready to go. He even had the a/c turned on to cool down the vehicle I sought. Even after taking multiple test drives, in multiple vehicles, Connor had the best demeanor and patience. He gladly walked me through every process and explained them as we went along. Connor not only sold me a car, he sold me an unforgettable, positive experience with Coconut Creek Subaru.
Never, I have I ever been treated so well by a car dealer, (thank you Subaru Coconut Creek), for allowing Conner to be my sales representative. To Connor, thank you for being the first sales guy to have met and exceeded my goals and needs! More dealership sales people should learn from you. I also need to extend my sincere gratitude to Sales Manager Ian Zwick for not putting me through that long back and forth haggle process and allowing me to obtain the terms to my liking.
In closing, due to the outstanding sales and services I received from Coconut Creek Subaru with my recent purchase, they have reinstated my confidence in the car buying process. I hope that other Subaru dealerships can learn from this experience.

I recently had the pleasure of leasing my new 2024 Subaru Outback with the help of Raj J of Coconut Creek Subaru. What made this such a pleasure? Raj is very knowledgeable about all things Subaru and in particular the Outback model. He helped me navigate through the “Trade Up” program and after a little bit of bargaining, I got the monthly payment that I wanted on my new 3 year lease. He’s also very friendly and pleasant. From start to finish, over a 24 hour period, I spent less than 3 hours completing this transaction and I look forward to my next “Trade Up” experience with Raj.
I had a very good experience with this service department. I dealt with with Marcus and he made me feel confident I was being treated fairly. In fact, we contacted another dealership who provided nothing to make me feel comfortable bringing my car to them. I do recommend this dealership
I was greeted by the service writer right upon arriving. I did not have to stand around waiting for people who were not making eye contact to acknowledge me. The writer knew my name and what I was there for. In 2 minutes I was checked in and sitting in the very nice waiting area with wifi and work stations, etc. The 25,000-mile service was done well and quickly. I have had 3 Cadillacs previously, and this was a far better experience.
