This place sold me a car at night so i couldn't see what was all wrong with it. When i took the car home and started looking more at the car it had lots of issues like a dead battery they said they were going to replace in which they never did. Cracked windshield, airbag errors, TPMS malfuncitions and plenty of body damage. Oh and lets not forget the visors were broken. They only gave me one key and jacked up the price to twice as high as we originally negotiated. This dealership make everyone fill out a review and watches you as you do it. They also have their employees fill them out. The salesman Mike and his wife we very fake and unprofessional leaving me nasty voicemails threatening me. They need shutdown and sued for all of their xxxxxxxx. ALSO since they have such horrible reviews they changed their name to Truck-N-Auto depot.

This company I hope people investigate before they buy, I went in on a 2010 Malibu, and the sales person said leave me a $1,000.00 deposit which I did, spoke with the manager on the phone and then said come back on Monday since this was Sunday and finish the paperwork. Well on Monday that sales person no longer worker there, I was told I needed to put down and additional $1500.00 and he would have me driving a 2013 Kia today. So I did, and then is when all the lying started. Supposedly I was approved that day, but he wanted me to lie to the finance company about how much I put down. The in 7-days in was another $1,000.00 and a different car, now a 2013 Jetta, then 7 days later another car an additional $500.00 and then etc ,,,, it ended being $4500 total down, here 9-months later I still don't have a car from this Dealership and my MONEY has still not being returned. So I'm taking legal action and anyone that reads this that's had the same thing done or being switch and lied to as much as me should call so we can all be on the same law suit. Bill 623-322-1610

These guys are nothing less than cheaters. they sold me a wrecked honda accord. I came to know when I took it to a mechanic for a normal inspection after buying it. After Mechnic told me, I took it Honda dealership and they confirmed it is wrecked car. I saw carfax which was clean when i bought the car. But understood later they managed accident not to get into carfax. They speak very nice when before you buy car and dont even care you once after you pay money to them. dont look at them. get way from them.

On June 28, 2014 I went to Main Street Auto, because he goes to my church, to buy a car. He sold me a 2003 Honda Accord with over 177,000 miles and told me it was in good condition. He sold it to me for $5,941.67. I took the car to the Honda Dealer and had it checked out by there service and was told that is had major damage to it and was only worth $16,000. The damage consisted of wiper blades are no good, all 4 tires need replaced and the spare tire was no good. They said the following: all engine and transmission mounts need replaced, drain plug for oil is leaking, compliance bushing tearing , 4 wheel alignment, power steering and transmission fluid need replaced, air box intake tube is ripped, and I need a new battery. Is there anything you can do? I have paid him $750 so far. I tried to get my money back, but he refused. He lied to me from the start. I was told I had bank financing, but I did not and now I have to pay him at his place. Help me please. How can a man who says he is a Christian take advantage of a Widow? I want my money back.

We would, and DO, recommend Mike and his crew to everyone who says they need a car! Mike's integrity is of the highest caliber. Not your typical auto salesman! His friendly manner and knowledgeable financial expertise were a tremendous help in "sealing the deal." His sensitivity to the individual's needs is "icing on the cake." i could not have been treated more honestly fairly or friendly the e-350 I bought was well maintained clean and ran perfectly mike the mgr an joe the salesman really cared about me and my price was lowest of any dealers i tried i will always go there before any other place for all my cars +I will send my family and friends I love u guys and my car by the way I saw a bad review from some guy must have been a jerk or just a liar theirs no way u guys would treat any one badly I`ll send all the people I like to see mainstreet auto sales the good guys in mesa mr p
