The service person was unable to fix a problem with my Alpha Romeo. I bought the pre-owned vehicle from this Chrysler dealership (located in Clifton Park, NY) approximately one year ago and at the time, was told that Chrysler Jeep would definitely be able to service and fix, if needed, any problem arising with my automobile. However, I took it to this dealership to have a leak fixed with my back windshield washer fluid. After having my car for the whole day (and completing an oil change and tire rotation with no issues), I received a call from a person from their service department that their mechanic was not able to fix the leak. I was told that perhaps their master mechanic (that happens to be on vacation) might be able to fix it. He will be consulted when he returns. I was instructed to call them back in a week (rather than someone from the dealership reaching out to me). Meanwhile, I have a 5 year extended warranty I purchased so need to have it fixed by a place that accepts the warranty. Unfortunately, the nearest Alpha Romeo dealer is a two hour drive from home. The local Alpha Romeo dealer located in Albany (Colonie) recently closed or else I would look for assistance with them. I’m hoping that the local Chrysler dealer’s master mechanic will be able to fix it.

Were unable to fix my issue during this visit. Left my vehicle smelling like shop grease.
