I called don wood at (740) 593-6643, number on website, for service on my 2015 Hyundai Tucson, to get scheduled for an update, I had received a notice from Hyundai Motor America, I was on hold for at least 20 minutes, the operator would put me on hold to connect me to service department, at least 4 times the operator came back on the line to ask me who I wanted to be connected to, I finally gave up, never did get to talk to anyone in service department to schedule service. Bad!

We previously bought a usedFord truck the don wood and I left a bad review but after being called with a apologize we went back to buy our new car and was treated with respect and answered all questions we had .thanks Emily for making a big difference from last time .we would highly recommend Don wood to our family and friends.

Previous we went to another Don Wood on East State St. And gave them the figures we could afford what we were looking for and their job was to simply sell us a car outside our funding. The next day we went to Don Wood Hyundai, and we have never been given greater respect buy a salesman. They listened to what we had and could afford wasted no time finding us the perfect car and made the deal. Our salesman Trey was awesome and went far above and beyond to make sure we were happy with what we were shown and even called back a week later to make sure our car was exactly what we fell in love with. If we had a second chance Hyundai would have beenour first pick from the start. You can not find more honest and happy honesty from these salespeople then any other lot. That speaks volumes to me. We will happily be back every time we need a new vehicle. Thanks Trey for all your hardwork and making us feel special in the new addition to our family. Words can not speak loudly enough!!!
