After having a 5 hour poor experience with Tim Dahle Nissan that ended with THOUSANDS of dollars in hidden fees we called Chico's and were given the out the door price of a vehicle we were looking at with absolutely no hesitation or additional sales pitch. We arrived and were given privacy to look at and drive the vehicle. We were in and out in a matter of 45 min. Additionally, Cesar drove all the way to Holladay to our credit union to pick up the check where he had to wait an extra hour just so we didn't have to drive back to Draper. I will update my review to 5 stars when we recieve a navigation SD card Cesar ordered for us after we realized it was not left by the previous owner. The customer service and ease of purchase were fantastic!

Cesar helped us find a car that we were happy with. He was friendly and patient with us while we went for a test drive and also helped us with a trade-in for our old vehicle. Would definitely recommend visiting this location

We recently paid a first time visit for a truck at Chico's , Cesar introduced himself to us and was very helpful and accommodating us without any pressure to buy. We test drove the truck we were interested in and left to soon come back after visiting the "Major" dealers that were not as kind in asking them to drive their vehicles. The 2012 Chevy 1500 we bought from Chico's was within fair market value and actually had more options for the price than the other 10 we looked at that day. Ceasar was a huge factor in purchasing our truck from Chico. Transaction was easy, we didn't have to stay there for 4 hours for the games that dealers play. I always noticed that these guys had a nice selection of newer used vehicles so I stopped by here to look. The salesmen were very friendly and not pushy, which I really liked. Nothing worse than a pushy car salesman. I was very picky about the color, price, options, and year of the Acura that I wanted and they did not have what I was looking for at the time. 2 months later they sent me a text letting me know they had found exactly what I was looking for in the price range I wanted. Little did they know I am a very patient car buyer and I still had not found and purchased my Acura. I went down and sure enough, they had exactly what I wanted. I purchased the car and have been a happy customer ever since. I will definitely buy my next vehicle from these guys.
