During the 2 months my car was in the body shop I encountered poor communications, changing answers to my questions, delays in ordering parts (was told I was wishy washy on getting my car fixed!), promised to have car done Friday but meant NEXT Friday and still wasn’t done, owner did not seem to care how disappointed I was, and FINALLY, I drove home with my car and found 3 parts were missing-antenna, Chevrolet decals, and tire socket. Please go elsewhere.
Do not trust this dealership. I bought a $29,000 Camaro that did not pass inspection. It had bald tires on the back and torn boot axles. I took it to a reputable dealership called Dobbs.. After calling this dealership for two weeks, it still has not been resolved. The managers are condescending and act like you are a liar. I have been without my Camaro for three weeks without any resolution. do not trust them. Tony Best is a poor manager
Went above and beyond to find the vehicle I was looking for. Staff was professional and courteous. Would recommend them to anybody looking for a new Cadillac or Chevy.

Victoria Lewis was exceptionally kind and easy to talk to. She was not pushy with wanting to sell a car or needing to make a sale. She made sure to explain and find out any answers if I had a question for her. Her follow up is so important to someone that is “old schooled”. I definitely will deal with her again as well as recommending her to other family and friends! Thanks Victoria! Sales manager Eddie was also so very kind and helpful! And not to forget Jason for staying over to prep my new 2024 TRAX. Thanks Jason! FOSTER CHEVROLET is my ONLY car dealer for decades!
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! BUYER BEWARE. THEY DID THIS TO MY WIFE! I have been working with Victoria/Chloe and the Manager Mike. They promised me a lease deal, ran my credit, approved my application, used my GM employee number, had me switch my insurance over and the car is to be delivered in the next couple hours when I get a phone call from the Manager Mike that they cannot honor the deal anymore. All this after this same day I was asked to download the app, add the vehicle and start it from my phone! They did a bait and switch at the 11th hour. They took advantage of me as a woman and gave me no other options. I did everything that was asked of me until the final moment of when the car is to be delivered. DO NOT SHOP HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED. The only other thing I can do is file a complaint against them with the state for this unethical behavior. I have fallen victim to there scams and am mortified that a dealership that has been there since 1955 can treat a customer like this! GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE
