I had the best car buying experience in my 59 years at Raceway in Bethlehem. I searched for a Chevy Trailblazer RS and Raceway had one in NJ. I spoke to Gabby, and Holden and one or two other managers and salesmen over the phone for a few days. We worked out a verbal deal that excluded any up sales, although they did offer them at first. We set up an appointment because I am from the Scranton, PA area and they had the car shuttled to their location. I was introduced to salesman Alejandro who was really friendly and knowledgeable, and I told him I had a deal worked out already over the phone. I was expecting a low-ball trade in value or some pushy add on for the vehicle, but Alejandro did not try any of that. I was relieved so we closed the deal, and they cleaned the car, replaced the rear wiper blade and performed a PA inspection.
