While the Burleson Nissan service center's staff and service are of great quality, I would like to comment on one aspect that I found to be frustrating and disappointing, that is, the automated messaging system. In every attempt to contact my service advisor by phone, I have had automated voicemail and text messages fail to go through. As both a customer, and as a customer service professional, I find this totally unacceptable and in need of immediate attention!

I came to Burleson Nissan to get some maintenance done on my SUV. I was sent a text on other items that needed to be replaced. Everything was done in a timely manner while I waited and was also advised how long it would take. Thanks Steve for your professionalism!

Had a nail in the tire and also sidewall damage. Nissan was able to use my warranty to get the tire fully replaced at no charge quickly and painlessly.
