Does not honor their word. We had agreed on pricing with trade-in and deposit on 12/21 with the dealership knowing we could not meet to finalize all the paperwork until we got back in town on 12/30. What do you know - we drive all the way to them to sign the paperwork and now they won't honor the numbers they agreed on. It would be one thing if we didn't come on the day we had agreed on, but that's not the case. They decided that they wanted to change the agreed upon amount for the trade-in to $2600 less because it was past the 7 days from CarMax's offer - which they knew it would be from the beginning. Go elsewhere!
Hunter in the Service Dept is top notch!! He always helps me with my vehicles, is honest, fair and helpful. I appreciate that Hunter always takes the perspective of his customers, as if he was the one driving the vehicle that comes in for service. He has been upfront and so helpful! I highly recommend speaking with Hunter, who is also the Service Manager, for your auto service needs. Thank you, Hunter, for your service and care of my vehicle-I appreciate you!
Zain was so easy to work with. He is the best salesman I've worked with when buying a vehicle! He made the process so simple and helped me get what I wanted and did not try to sell me something I did not want-which is huge! After a horrible experience at the Baytown Nissan they worked with me got me in to see a car immediately and worked with me on the price to help me stay in budget. Definitely come here for any new/used vehicles.
On 09/05/2024, the service department overcharged me by$137.46. On 09/10/2024 Hunter Bruder told me the check is in the mail. today is 09/27/2024...No check. He told me that in order to get the check I would have to drive 50 miles one way to pick up. It seems he either lied to me about sending the check or no one at the dealership is smart enough to use the mail. it is strange since I get mail from all over the United States including fed-ex and ups I guess the small claims court is next, and he can drive the 50 miles.
