They are devils teams. I felt...still feel like a in the xxxx! Sales manager lie lie over lie. Even refused sell the car to me! General manager Hana kept play with my down payment money that I still didn't receive yet! They were acting like a hate Asian. I just muted my mouth but I don't even know when I blow out of my mouth! I am controlling my mind to settle claim down.

I purchased a car from the Shorline dealership. The process of purchase was great, but, I was told a referral check would be sent to the person who highly recommended me to Enterprise, also that I would receive an bottle of touch up paint. When several weeks went by, I called and spoke with my salesman and he assured me he would take care of it. It’s well over 6 months and I am still waiting.
