George is away and above , with his approach to customer service, I like the stuff in general, although I have an on going issue with my mclaren That has not been resolved, I do think as one who bought 6 mclarens last 8 years and referred 5 more buyers Mclaren didn’t establish a brand attitude and tried to hide issues , With issues, my first car was one like that, and needed to confront the brand and the dealership to resolve a lemon car situation, I thought they had learned, but apparently no, I am now second guessing this brand,
Randy had been terrific! His attention to detail and communication have been outstanding! Being across the country he has made it feel like I’m right there.

George Apkarian is amazing! He's a real professional, extremely personable, and is an excellent communicator always quick to reply to any inquiries. He's extremely knowledgeable about the exotics and doesn't mind explaining in detail the repairs and services needed. He really truly cares about the cars and the people driving them!
