I liked the professional service I was given at the Service Department. I like the clean and comfortable Waiting Room area. I had a good experience getting my vehicle serviced.

Overall was satisfied with service. Only issue was that the new transmission that Mazzei replaced the first service broke down to technical issues and had to be brought back again to fix.

Paul and the entire service department at Mazzei Chevrolet keep my wife’s and my GM vehicles running like new. The entire staff at Mazzei Chevrolet are very personable and provide excellent service. On this visit, services were performed on our 2014 GMC Sierra Denali. Errik performed a routine oil filter and oil change, rotated all four tires, added AC Delco fuel system cleaner, replaced the four rotors and all disk break-pads, replaced all 20 swollen lug nuts, and performed a multi-point vehicle inspection. It is my opinion that an excellent service department like that at Mazzei Chevrolet sells more vehicles in the long run. You only deal with the sales staff when making your initial purchase, but you see the service department on a regular basis as you have your vehicle maintained over time.
