I went in for. service as my car was making a grinding noise. Sherry Ruff was amazing to deal with from the time I called and when I brought my car in. She had my car diagnosed in very little time. As I was going to trade it in anyway very soon, I chose not to have it repaired. While at the dealership, I went to sales and spoke with Terrance Echols (and Mike Robinson by phone). These men have been nothing short of amazing with my husband & I each time we have purchased from them. I highly recommend this dealership! Mike Robinson and all of his employees are so kind and knowledgeable. They are a pleasure to deal with!

I live in Columbia Missouri, I pass 3 GMC dealerships when I take my duramax in for oil change and service. I have bought 4 vehicles from Roberts Robinson. I cannot emphasize enough how much I trust this dealership. From the top down Roberts Robinson is first rate, Mike, Tim, Terence, Robbie and Chris are very happy to make sure I'm satisfied. On the rare occasion I need service when traveling across the country, I have never had the prompt personal experience at any other dealership.
