What Others Say

It didn't end up being the right timing for me to buy a car, but Tony Boehmer was good to work with and would have given me a great deal on the vehicle I test drove. I never would have heard of them if my coworker hadn't recommended them, but I'd be willing to go back next time I'm in the market!

If I could give 500 stars I most certainly would. I purchased a vehicle from these guys a year ago for my wife. We had a service need after my wife hit a very large pot hole. The repair at the local Ford dealership was almost $900. After seeing a Facebook video that Footh Auto now offered a full repair department I gave them a call. Patrick in service was a gem to work with and even offered a loaner car while my vehicle was getting fixed. I requested that they only use original Ford parts and the repair still came nearly $300 cheaper! On top of this when I came to pick up my vehicle was washed and vacuumed along with a fresh bottle of water in the cup holder. I will only bring my vehicle to Footh's moving forward.

It pains me that I cannot give this place zero stars, and although I will not deny total liability for my lack of research into Footh auto: I still wanted to tell my story in hopes that no other gullible/easily influenced high school graduate will be taken for a ride. In high school Ben sat in front of my class and preached highly of his character. After hearing by word of mouth what a great guy he was I was so sure I wanted him to be my dealer. How foolish to trust a man I didn’t truly know who sells cars. I can tell you that I’m certainly paying for my naïveté and that Ben Footh is not the man you think. Here are the facts: I bought my car in late 2019 at the beginning of our pandemic. My specific dealer was a man named Alfonso - someone from who’s own volition - told me he would make sure I was taken care of and that he would ensure I left happily with a quality car; he even stated a veteran rarely used it and traded it in for something flashier. He sold me a lemon. The car started to have issues only months in. The first to fall apart was my lock case - they said it had water in it. Next a couple days hereafter two of my “new” tires popped. I paid for them myself because my warranty - that Alfonso preached would cover everything - did not in fact cover tires. Mind you reader that at first the employees at my dealership were kind to me. It was only after I attempted to be firm with them of my displeasure that I started being treated differently - colder, condescending, and clipped in their responses. My last time dealing with them something went wrong with my transmission days after I’d replaced the tires and That’s the last time I was ever in possession of my car. After that I was over being timid and letting them take advantage. I asked to talk to Ben and instead was passed around between three different employees, and a dope of a manager that decided not relay the fact that I wished to speak to Ben and not him. Evidently he was out of town. Frustrated I turned to my parents telling them everything seeking their advise and only managed to unintentionally rial them into posting negative comments about Footh for which I can tell you finally got me a phone call saying that Ben would pay for everything. I was so happy thinking a weight was lifted until I called to check on their progress and was told Ben was going back on his word. Evidently my parents had angrily posted more comments that I had asked them to take down and not post so I called Ben trying to explain to him that their words were not mine and I had went through them rather than myself. He was less than swayed and we ended up getting in a heated discussion resulting in my having to cut the call short because it resulted with me in tears and him losing his temper on me. I’m very proud of myself for not swearing and screaming - for not allowing such a fowl vindictive man to bring me down to his level. Unfortunately still I do not have my car and have decided to get an attorney. Please do not go to Footh if you were spun the same lies I was. He couldn’t care less if you’re having car problems the only thing that matters to him is his business that I was screamed at for supposedly slandering. I just wanted my first car - that I’m paying for still - to be a happy experience. I didn’t ask for the mental strain on an already tough year.

I went in 90% sure i wouldn’t leave with a car but just wanted to try my luck, I left with a nice car, low miles, and it was FAST! All the staff were extremely warming & hilarious, I personally worked with fonso he was great! I will send everyone I know looking for a car their way ...

I have purchase 3 vehicles from Footh Auto. They have been very helpful every time I have needed to purchase a new car. I will definitely be going back for my next vehicle.

I came up to Footh because I saw a facebook video and I love watching all of the crazy videos they do. My girl got her car here before and they were real good to her to. I bought me and my girlfriend a clean Caddy Escalade this time and traded my old car in. The guys here are REAL and treat you like your r one of there family members. I will never go to a nother car dealer..ever.
