Martin went out of his way and spent time helping us arrange the activity we wanted to do while we waited for our car to be serviced. He was helpful and attentive.
Arrived early without previous request for ride. Martin checked my car in and arranged for Uber ride. Car was ready when promised; seemed to drive better, but could be imagination. Martin explained reason for $2000 service cost at 60,000 miles. I told him I bought the Lexus so I wouldn't have to pay $2000 for service visits. That's a few hundred less than the price of my first new car!

Ken Garff Dealership of Santa Barbara is Exceptional Dealership and sales. Gianni was Exceptional in every way. Very respectful in achieving exactly what we wanted and looking for. He went one step at a time and addressed every single need. Including all anticipated needs from start to finish, to achieve our understanding of the vehicle, how it worked, future care and maintenance and continued satisfaction. Quality is what we were looking for. Quality is what we received and no high pressure sales. James handled our trade-in with an above average value. We did add an extended warranty and Ezekiel answered all our questions. Their Excellent Team, work very well together with the main goal of supportin the Customer's Satisfaction. We felt very Confident, that was exactly what their efforts were for, our Satisfaction in purchasing our new Lexus UX 300h Hybrid SUV. Quality was our goal and they delivered in every aspect of the process. Thank You
