Gage nice. Ethan not nice at all. Wish I would have dealt with Bedford thomas xxxxty touch up paint job. They said 8.79 was very good. Went to credit union refinanced 5.6 saved over 2000$.

Sold me a used car with multiple issues. They said it was in great shape and they had checked everything out. I take it home and the emergency brake is stuck. They take it in and supposedly fix it. A month later I have to have an oil change and another shop notifies me that the emergency brake is completely broken and needs replaced and would cost thousands to replace. So Thomas claimed they fixed the problem but just disconnected the emergency brake so I wouldn’t notice there was a problem. They are extremely shady and run a horrible business. Do not give this dealer your business.

I got talked into the extra coverage for the scratch and dent I had a little ding and they weaseled their way out of it, warning do not purchase it! I will report it to the attorney generals office and BB, if needed I will have my attorney look into it! Sad they know how to sell you a vehicle but can’t take care of you after you purchase it!

Brought my car in for inspection and was having a tire pressure issue I wanted checked. Thomas Buick GMC explained everything in detail. They have a very pleasant waiting area so I could use my iPad to read or listen to music. I needed a stretch and walked into the show room. The person working with my service tracked me down to let me know what work was needed. I could not justify the cost and proceeded to purchase a new car. All around great dealership.
