I'm deeply disappointed with Ed Koehne Ram for their failure to refund my $500 deposit for a truck I chose not to purchase. Despite their promises, months have passed, and I'm left empty-handed and frustrated. Their lack of integrity and disregard for customer satisfaction is appalling. I caution anyone considering doing business with them.
I purchased a 2021 ram eco diesel over memorial day weekend, picked me up at GRR airport with great sales team. A little over a month later the truck died with no power. After 7 days of sitting the service team in Minnesota said the ground wire were loose and one was patched together. Then I was informed that Ed Koehn had installed a new engine in the truck I thought was a original motor. I have had many more shorts killing the truck and this December the truck was found to have a pinched wiring harness, from the removal/install of motor. The part is backordered for months according to Ram. I reached out to the owner in a 3 emails and never heard back. The service manger did email me the work done on motor and wished me luck. I ended up trading truck in Minnesota so I have a vehicle to drive. I took a chance with Ed Koehn dealer and feel cheated by no information on the engine install before I flew out and the disrespect of never hearing back from the company. All I can say is BUYER BEWARE.
I called the main number and spoke with Jaime about test driving an SUV I saw on their website. He invited me down and met me outside with the keys. Jaime was very helpful and got me numbers without any pressure. The team around him was very supportive and provided me with several option to get the SUV that I wanted. Unfortunately I couldn’t swing this one, but I appreciated the low pressure and quick communication. I will be back.
