Omar/ Joey sold me a 2008 Benz, I was told that my loan was a no interest loan and my car will be paid off in 3 years. I just found out after 6 months that was a lie. I have a 5 year loan with interest. They are con artists and I wouldn't recommend no one to buy from this dealership. The Loan officer just told me she was surprise that I purchase the car. I wish she would have said something sooner.

I had been shopping around for a used Volvo XC90 for about 3 months and couldn't find one that met my needs. I was driving home and saw one for Sale at Alexandria Motors. When I got home I called over and arranged to see it the next morning. The sales rep was very nice. The price was way less than the local dealerships and was equivalent to a private seller price (that doesn't have any warranty). Plus it was inspected. I took it on a very long test drive. Although the car was excellent and at an already good price, there were a few minor things that I wanted done on the car (bumper touch up, new front brakes). They worked with me to get these things done professionally without virtually any change to the price. They were courteous and professional to me. They were respectful as well. If they told me they were going to do something, they did it. I will definitely go back when I get my next car. Excellent high end cars at good prices sold by good people.

I think they are the best, I brought a car from them when they first open up, and it was great, getting ready to buy another. They are the best. Sam is great.

They sold me a 2005 BMW. I went to get it inspected in Maryland. It needed about $1000 dollars in repairs to pass. I found out later that the millage was not accurate. when I was trying to get rid of it. When I confronted them about the issue they admitted they knew about it. Even after I scrapped up enough money to get the peace of junk through inspection, the starter died on me a few weeks later. Another $700 dollars. The only thing they care about is the xxxx GPS they put in each car the sell. The company that installs it gives them a cut of the money. All about them. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! you've been warned.

This is the worst car lot EVER!!!! Buyers please beware of this place. They sold me a 2007 BMW 525xi with so much hidden damage is ridiculous!!! They showed me a bogus car fax and hid the fact that it had been in 2 accidents with airbag deployment. With 2 weeks of having this car I spent over $2k in repairs that still didn't fix everything wrong. They dodge my phone calls and do. mop,eyelet shady business. They are a scam!!! Even employees of there felt sorry for me and gave the the low down on how shady they really are. They also sell useless warranties that don't repair anything. I wonder now they sleep knowing they are taking peoples hard earned money without second thought. It's only a matter of time before they scam the wrong person and they get what's. moving to them! They also have a F rTing on the BBB website. Please file complaints against them with the BBB and the VA attorney generals office so that there is a documented history of their shady business practices and we can get them shut down.

I called the dealership about a specific car I was looking for and was assured the car was there, still available and actually belonged to an employees spouse. All though it was a nasty snowy day I asked the hours of operation and stated I was very interested and was going to drive to the dealership to test drive and inspect the car. The person I talked to said they were the finance guy and would be there to greet me. I grabbed my wife and made the hour plus drive to the lot, only to be told upon my arrival it was the only car with tags and the person I spoke too had actually driven the car home for the evening and would not be returning ! A few of the employees rolled their eyes and a few just giggled, there was one individual who did apologize and took my phone number and stated I will call you tomorrow and drive the car to Woodbridge where he lived, which is about half way between home and the dealership, 2 weeks later I am still waiting on that phone call.. yea right !
