Very efficient. Lounge was stocked properly with coffee machine. Snacks and popcorn for those of us waiting. The best part is no upscale.
Service was thorough, painless, and efficient. The car was ready on time and the agent knew everything that needed to be done, including a recall that I was not aware of.
