What Others Say

Absolutely horrible dealership. From the top(owner/president) to the bottom. Parts department overprices by 30%+. Rude stealership. Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Anywhere is better than this place.

by Bonnie Janson from Coconut Grove, FL December 24, 2019 Deel Volvo made choosing and leasing my new Volvo XC60 a breeze! They were friendly, informative, answered all my questions, and made me feel like one of the family -- a family of Volvo lovers, that is! From my sales representative, Felix Montoya, who guided me through the entire process with patience, humor and without pressure and who spent time giving me a personal, hands on tutorial on how to operate all the new technology and gadgets that the Volvo XC60 offers, to Richard Cummings, the 'financial guy' who quickly and easily processed and put together my new car leasing deal, and to Bill O'Malley, the owner/general manager of Deel Volvo, whose friendly and personable interaction helped persuade me to become a member of the Deel Volvo family of happy owners, made me feel confident that I had come to the right place. I love my new Volvo XC60, and I love Deel Volvo! I would, and will, highly recommend Deel Volvo to any and all of my friends and family in the market for a new automobile. 5 stars all around

We have tried to reach service for days. We leave messages and no one answers the phone. We have owned volvo for years and this is the worst company I have dealt with

I would not step into this dealership again, even if they offered me a free car! I took my new Volvo into this dealership, where at 1 week after purchase the a/c went out, while i am on a 3 week driving trip in southern Florida. I had already driven 5 hours without a/c. I made the appointment and took my car in at 7:00am on a Monday morning. I explained that I was there from out of town and that I would be leaving on Thu. No call on Monday. Tue they call to tell me they needed a part and that it would arrive on Wed. On Wed, I finally called and they told me 2 weeks to get the part. I asked them what they were going to do for me and they said nothing. They told me to come pick up the car on Thursday - still with No A/C! Florida temps in 95+ range.... When I went in to get the car, I asked to speak to the Service Manager, Ms. Perez. She said things to me that I will never forget. 1) "We are not Volvo, we are an independently owned dealership and that I could call Volvo for my warranty repair." So i guess Volvo is not a global brand and their dealer network (or i hope only this one) isn't worth the letters on the outside of the building. 2) "We only provide rental cars during warranty service for customers who buy from our dealership." - nice answer, knowing that I am driving for 2 more weeks before returning home with no A/C in Florida and 95+ temps She could have called the Volvo regional rep and gotten them to pay for the rental car. Instead, she forced me to change my travel plans and add an additional 7 hours to my drive to go home, where my local dealer did the right thing and gave me a rental car. BTW, my local dealer also had the part the next day and repaired the car within 24 hours of my getting it there. Ms Perez missed an opportunity to make me tell the story of how Volvo Dealers stand behind their brand. Now I will tell the story over and over again to all my friends, colleagues and clients in the Greater Miami area. Neither one of us will know how many sales my story may divert from Deels, but statistics say it will be 8-9 on average. At say $50,000 each one, Ms. Perez traded a couple of hundred in rental car into $250,000+ in sales. Wonder how much good will that also cost you? FYI, I have also written to the North American Volvo representative, because I think Volvo should be aware of how their brand is being represented in Miami by this dealer.

UNPROFESSIONAL and most unhelpful dealer. This is what happens when they have no competition. Volvo should close this dealer down, or at least change most of the employees
